  • During your session, I’ll gently place my hands on or just above various areas of your body, following a specific sequence of hand positions. The intention is to channel universal life force energy to support relaxation, energetic balance, and healing.

    You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably lying down while I tune into your energy. You may experience sensations like warmth, tingling, or a deep sense of calm. Hand placements are intuitive and may be adjusted as the energy guides the flow of the session.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and try to eat a light meal beforehand. Stay hydrated, and avoid stimulants or depressants like caffeine and alcohol if possible. You're also encouraged to set a gentle intention for your session and share any concerns or focus areas you'd like to address.

  • Many people leave a Reiki session feeling grounded, clear, and deeply relaxed. You may also experience a sense of emotional release, heightened awareness, or lightness in your body. Everyone’s experience is unique—trust that your energy will receive exactly what it needs.

  • Not at all. Reiki can be shared remotely through distance healing, which works just as effectively. Energy is not bound by time or space, and you’ll receive the same benefits whether we’re in the same room or miles apart.

  • This really depends on your goals. For general wellness or stress relief, monthly sessions may be enough. For deeper healing or energy clearing, weekly or biweekly may be more supportive. I offer packages of 3, 6, or 12 sessions to allow for a more consistent and personalized journey.

  • Reiki is spiritual, but not religious. It has no dogma or required belief system. You don’t need to believe in Reiki for it to work—it simply flows where it’s needed, supporting your highest good.
