Akasha is both everything and nothing.
It is the stillness beneath movement—the subtle, sacred space from which all life arises.
In yogic and Ayurvedic tradition, Akasha is the first of the five elements—the foundation of all creation. It holds infinite potential.
Beyond the physical body lies the subtle body—a vibrant field of energy that holds our emotions, thoughts, memories, and spiritual essence. This energetic system includes the chakras, aura, meridians, and energetic pathways that influence how we feel, think, and show up in the world.
When this energy is flowing freely, we feel balanced, clear, and connected. But stress, trauma, and emotional patterns can create blockages or imbalances in the subtle body, which may manifest as fatigue, anxiety, lack of clarity, or physical discomfort.
Energy healing practices like Reiki, sound therapy, and intuitive work help to restore harmony in the subtle body—clearing stagnant energy, rebalancing the chakras, and bringing you back into alignment with your natural state of ease and vitality.
This is where true healing begins—at the energetic level.
Your Subtle Body Energy
The Akasha Approach
In Sanskrit, Akasha means “space”—the first element of creation, and the infinite field from which all things arise.
My practice is built on the sacred art of holding space: for your healing, your clarity, your reconnection with self. Space to feel. Space to breathe. Space to disconnect from the noise, and reconnect with your truth.
In this spacious stillness, the body softens, the soul speaks, and the nervous system remembers safety.
Through Reiki, Akashic Records, somatic work, and vibrational healing, I guide you gently back to your natural rhythm—clearing what no longer serves, and making space for what’s ready to emerge.
Because where there is nothing… everything becomes possible.
